Process Description:
The HBR Hydraulic Retrievable Packer is a single column packer for use in high pressure, large diameter or tubing transfer injection wells for oil and gas production. The HBR packer can also be designed for cable, or control line traversing to provide traversing capability. The HBR packer is connected to the tubing to be used in the well, and is sealed by applying pressure to the tubing. The HBR packer is designed to be lifted directly to unseal the tubing and cut to unseal the tubing in two recovery methods for selection.
Process Features:
● Large through diameter, large production injection channel.
● Integral centre tube, no seals above the rubber cylinder to ensure sealing reliability.
● Barrel-shaped cassettes, which ensure the strong load-bearing capacity of the packer and at the same time cause little damage to the casing.
● Convertible to control pipeline or multi-pipeline traversing.
● Sand screen design prevents the accumulation of upper sediments in the upper kava, resulting in kava corrosion.
● Permanent packer performance, and can be cut and unsealed for recovery.
