Process Description:
Multi-layer simple sand control process is a layered sand control process that does not require gravel filling in the casing. The simple sand control tubular column includes inner and outer tubular columns, which are assembled at the wellhead in accordance with the "Tubing Table" and delivered to the sand control well section by the drilling pipe; after pitching and seating the top packer, the tubular column will be pressurised, and the internal service tubular column will be discharged; after lifting up the inner tubular column, and seating all the segregation packers in turn from the bottom to the top, the drilling will be started to complete the sand control operation. The sand control operation is completed.
Process Features:
● Pipe column specification: 5-1/2", 65/8", 7", 95/8";
● The top packer can be hydraulically seated, hydraulically or mechanically disengaged;
● 9-5/8" column can achieve 4.75" through diameter, 7" column can achieve 3.88" through diameter;
