A multi-layer Gravel Filling Sand Control Process

Process Description:
Multiple layers of gravel filling can be achieved through a single pipe string; The process column consists of an outer column (sand control column) and an inner column (filling service column); The inner and outer pipe columns are assembled at the wellhead according to the "piping table" and delivered to the sand control well section by the drill pipe; After setting the top packer, the external sand control pipe column is fixed in the sand control well section; After the hydraulic release of the inner column, it separates from the outer column; Lift up the filling service tool and complete multiple layers of filling from bottom to top. After filling is completed, lift out all service columns.
Process Features:
● Column specifications: 7 ", 9-5/8";
● One trip of pipe column, multi-layer filling, short operation cycle, and low operation cost;
● The top packer can achieve hydraulic setting or mechanical release;
● Service tools are accurately positioned and easy to operate;
● Sand control column: 9 5/8 "can achieve a diameter of 4.75", and 7 "can achieve a diameter of 3.88";
● In the later stage, it is possible to achieve separate production and injection.
