Process Description:

Hurricane dissolvable ball seat is a kind of bridge plug product designed and manufactured based on the technology of "dissolvable" material, which can be completely decomposed into small particles in the parallel fluid and then discharged with the well fluid. The bridge plug adopts all-metal soluble structure, and different "soluble" materials are selected according to the functions of each component; the integral type of card tile is used as the anchoring part, and the elastic metal is used as the sealing component. The overall length of the bridge plug after seating is less than 10in and has a large internal diameter.

 

Process Features:

● A short and robust sealing system is easier to dissolve quickly underground;

● The adaptive locking structure effectively meets the impact on the bridge during perforation operations;

● Integrated slip to avoid premature sealing during the insertion process;

● The overall decomposition rate of the bridge plug can be accelerated by replacing the well fluid;

● The median diameter of the bottom residue after the overall decomposition of the bridge plug is less than 6x6mm;

● Large inner diameter facilitates direct production during the dissolution period;

● The Baker type sealing tool can be directly used for sealing.
