High Temperature and High Pressure Gas Well Completion Process is mainly used for long term production of high temperature and high pressure gas wells, the downhole tools involved need to be of high quality to cope with the harsh conditions of the gas wells and the need for longer service life.
Sunrise Energy provides high temperature, high pressure gas well completion tooling, and currently offers a wide range of equipment in a variety of materials to meet the 15,000 psi, 204°C, downhole gas well application environment. These include tubing retrievable downhole safety valves, permanent packers, switchable slipcovers, extension cords, and all necessary tools.
Process Features:
● Specification of tubing column: 5-1/2", 65/8", 7", 95/8".
● High temperature and high pressure have very high requirements on the structure of the tubular column and tool performance, not only to cope with the harsh working conditions of oil and gas wells, but also to meet the long-term production of oil and gas wells;
● SunriseTM Hydraulic Permanent Packers are designed with modular packer anchors for high temperature and pressure resistance. Extension and shortening joints can compensate for the length change of the tubing column during long-term production, providing a reliable guarantee for the long-term sealing of the packer.
● The column can be used as fracturing test or production column, which is easy to install and operate. The packer can be customised with special anti-corrosion materials.
● Temperature rating up to 400% (204C); Pressure rating up to 15000PSI (103.4MPa).
