Process Description:
Ball seat drillable slipcovers are safe and easy to construct, and the task of feeding and sealing the fracturing prefabricated tubing strings can be completed in one trip up and down the well.
The fracturing slipcovers are closed when they are inserted into the well. When the ball is dropped on the surface of the ball seat, the piston slips under pressure and the fracturing slipcovers are opened to form a channel between the oil reservoir and the inner cavity of the fracturing slipcovers.
Fracturing slipcovers are available in P110, L80 or C90 grades for the external material; the internal material (ball seat) is made of an easy-to-drill-away material for easy drilling and removal; the use of dissolvable balls to open the slipcovers is recommended; and the ball seat is produced in full diameter after drilling and removal.
Pipe Column Structure:
● Downward sealing insert + suspension + bare eye packer + SF pitch ball slip-on + differential pressure slip-on + pressure bearing short section + floating hoop + floating shoe.
● Tubing Hanger + Backfitting Fracturing Column + Backfitting Seal Insert.
● 3.5 "Tail pipe section fracturing column slipcovers combination can be divided into 15 sections, pitch size 1.125"-2.625".
● 4.5" Tailpipe Segmented Fracturing Column Slip-Fit Assemblies are available in 20 segments with ball sizes from 1.125"-3.75".
● 5.5" Tailpipe Segmented Fracturing Column Slip-Fit Assemblies are available in 24 segments with ball sizes 1.125"-4.58".
