The SHL Packer is a Permanent Hydraulic-Set Seal bore packer, whose differential pressure up to 10,000PSI. The packer is special designed for open hole multi- stage fracturing system.
A polished largest seal bore is designed at the top of the packer, which permits the maximum possible seal bore through the seal accessory which is latched into the packer. The SHL permanent packer below with a mill out extension or other tailpipe equipment run into well. After packer is set, take-off running tool string and then run the production string to construction.
Features：
- 7 5/8'' size and below differential pressure up to10,000PSI[69.0MPa];
- Two opposed sets of full circle slips allow the load to be distributed evenly around the casing wall and ensure the packer remains where it was set;
- Expand back ring can reduce packing element to extrusion;
- Do not need to operate tubing string;
- Double-pistons reduce setting pressure;
- Large bore, Large fluid displacement for multi-zone fracture;
