RSP Mechanical Packer

The RSP Mechanical packer is used for oil production, stimulation, perforation, gravel packing, and well testing. The RSP packer is designed for use in deep and highly deviated Wells with strong load and torque.
The packer is designed with the mature three piece packing element system to ensure an effective sealing system. Hold-down buttons keep the parker pack-off and resist force generated by the lower annulus. The hydraulic pressure also acts on a balance piston, which is eliminates excessive tubing set-down weight required to keep the bypass closed.
Simple operation, to set the packer rotate the tubing 1/2 of a turn to the right for the tools and apply set-down weight. To release the packer, pick up it, open balance piston, to overbalance the annulus. To released and reset the packer, rotate the tubing 3/4 of a turn to the left for tools.
