The DOH open hole packer is a hydraulic permanent packer. With its compact and reliable design, it can be used in extreme environments such as high temperature and high pressure. The packer used in perform multistage isolation in open hole staged fracturing systems and can be used to packer casing of most sizes.
Features:
● Designed for differential pressure up to 15,000PSI[103.5MPa];
● Designed for temperatures up to 400℉[204℃];
● All the setting motions are locked by a ratchet locking system;
● The design of double elements increases the sealing range and length of open hole section/casing;
● Pistons and ratchet lock rings and other key components are designed between the two packing element, reducing erosion from downhole conditions and other factors;
● Depending on the conditions, the single piston design makes the structure more compact, and the double piston design reduces the setting force;
● Setting without rotation or reciprocation;
● Large ID;
● Availability various metals and non-metals material meet to specific down-hole conditions.
