The installation of chemical injection valve in a production well provides operators with price chemical management.
This eccentrically machined, tubing-conveyed chemical injection valve consists of a mandrel that houses one corrosion-resistant check valve and a an injection line. It is used to inject chemicals for corrosion prevention and/or to inhibit formation of gas hydrates, scale, asphaltenes, or paraffin in critical equipment in the tubing string.
The non-welded Chemical injection mandrel features a robust one-piece machined design for use in all applications, including deep water.
