Circulation valve
The Sunrise Hydraulic Cement Valve is a cement accessory that provides circulating ports between the inside of the casing or liner and the annulus. The valve is opened by apply hydraulic pressure and drop a ball to close the ports.
Once plug the casing or liner below the valve and apply pressure to the inside of the casing or liner. This will shear the opening shear screws and shift the valve body, and provide a communication path between the valve ID and the annulus.
After the circulating operation is competed, a ball will seat on the ball set. Pressure applied inside the casing or liner then shifts the closing sleeve down, and blocks the communication path. The inner sleeve contains a C-Ring which permanently locks the sleeve in the closed position. The ball seat and lower valve body of the valve are designed with an anti-rotation feature to allow easy drill-out.
Features:
● The inner sleeve is locked before the ball seat is activated.
● The inner sleeve is permanently locked in the closed position with the C-Ring.
● Easy drilling material and anti-rotation design allow the internal parts to be drilled out.
