The R-F reclosable Frac Sleeve is designed for horizontal well environment by Sunrise Company. This versatile frac sleeve can be activated by dropping a ball from surface，improves completion efficiency.
The R-F Frac Sleeve is initially closed, a ball is dropped to the ball seat in the R-F Frac Sleeve, applied pressure acts on the internal piston, the piston moves down to the set position, the R-F Frac Sleeve is been opened and provides communication between the tubing and annulus.
The ball seat in the R-F Frac Sleeve is drillable to provide full wellbore access and allow selective opening and closing by using shifting tool.
Features:
● Body components are available in L80，P110 or higher grade;
● Inner component（ball seat）can be easily drilled out;
● Full bore can be achieved after ball seat is drilled out;
● The seal units are reliable, which can ensure effective sealing after multiple shifting operations;
● Pressure rating up to 15,000psi;
● Temperature rating up to 350℉;
● Corrosive-resistant ball seat prevents high flow and high sand ratio erosion.
