The ESP packer incorporates a bypass or pass-through section to provide means for an electric cable to be run through the packer to supply power to the electric submersible pump below the packer.
This ESP packer is a single-mandrel, dual-bore hydraulic-set production packer. The packer has multiple crossing holes. The packer is single-mandrel, spring elements, hold-down buttons. Hold-down buttons can holds the packer set against differential pressure from below. A lower set of case carburized bi-directional slips holds the packer against pressure from above or below. Release and retrieval are accomplished by straight upward pull on the tubing string. No tubing rotation is required to set or release.

● Compatible with feed-through equipment;
● Easy operation, hydraulically-set, straight-pull release;
● No relative movement between electric cable and tubing, avoid the electric cable damage;
● Chemical injection and pressure monitoring ports can easily be added through the packer without significant costs;
● Spring elements make easily released;
● Elastomeric seals have been minimized;
● Hold-down buttons and Double-grip slips can withstand high differential pressure from above and below;
● Dependable Performance rated to V3 according to ISO Specification 14310.
