The SD Sump Packer is an efficient permanent packer for single or multi-zone completions which needs to be run with a 20# hydraulic or wire-line setting tool to set. Two opposed sets of full circle slips allow the load to be distributed evenly around the casing wall and ensure the packer remains where it was set. It is mainly used in oil production, injection and zone isolation. It can be used as sand settling, squeeze and test packers, as well as permanent and temporary plugs.

- Two opposed slips ensure the packer is set firmly in place
- Expandable back ring can reduce the loss of rubber extrusion.
- When setting no rotation or lifting on the string.
- A ratchet lock ring hold setting force steadily

- Can provide a polished mandrel that acts as a seal bore for a seal assembly.
