The SWR Cement Retainer is compact, small OD and easy to be drilled out. The bridge plug can be set securely in casing grades 110ksi and below. A ratchet lock ring can secure dynamic setting force. The integral piece packing element and metal back-up ring combine for a superior seal system. The integral piece slip can virtually eliminate premature setting, and can be easily drilled out.
The SWR Cement Retainer is available for 4 1/2'' to 20''casing and used for secondary cementing operations.
Features:
● The Cement Retainer can be directly set by HSB Hydraulic Setting Tool or WST Wireline Setting Tool;
● Can be easily milled and drilled out;
● A ratchet lock ring secure dynamic setting force;
● The integral packing element and metal back-up ring combine for a superior seal system;
● Can withstand higher pressure, pressures rating to 10,000PSI[69.0MPa] for sizes 7" and below;
● It can be quickly converted into MCR cement retainer and MBP, BP-1 bridge plug.
