The BP-1 bridge plug has a compact structure, with small OD and easy to be drilled out. The bridge plug can be set securely in casing grades 110ksi and below. A ratchet lock ring holds the setting force in the plug. The integral packing element and metal back-up ring combine for a superior seal system. The integral slip can avoid premature setting and can be easily drilled out.
The BP-1 bridge plug is available for 4 1/2'' to 20'' casing, which is used for temporary or permanent plugging.
Features:
● The bridge plug can be directly set by HSB Hydraulic Setting Tool or WST Wireline Setting Tool;
● Can be easily milled and drilled out;
● A ratchet lock ring secure dynamic setting force;
● The integral packing element and metal back-up ring combine for a superior seal system;v ● Can withstand higher pressure, pressures rating to 10,000PSI[69.0MPa] for sizes 7" and below;
● It can be quickly converted into MBP bridge plug and MCR, SWR cement retainer.
