The DHBP Packer is a hydraulic-set, retrievable, large bore production packer. It combines the performance of a permanent packer with the conveniences of a retrievable packer. Specially designed slips and element ensure the packer to withstand up to 10,000PSI differential pressure. Dual piston design reduces setting pressure to provide the flexibility of operations. No O-ring above the packing elements reduces the risk of leakage in upper annulus. According to different needs, the DHBP packer can be converted into the retrieved form of cut release.
The DHBP Packer can be used in gas wells, acidizing fracturing and other completion processes.
Features:
● Can used for single or multiple packers;
● Hydraulic setting, no need to rotate or lift the string during setting, and the dual-piston design reduces setting pressure and provides flexibility of operation in completions.
● Large ID.
● NO O-ring upper the elements.
● Straight-pull release, the tail design can be simply modified to Release the packer by cutting.
● The release shear value is adjustable.
● When cutting to release the packer are used, the packer can be used as a permanent packer.
