The SH-1 Packer is a permanent hydraulic-set packer, can withstand up to 10,000 psi upper and lower pressure differential. The SH-1 Packer is special designed for production, injection and zonal isolation. The packer with tail pipe run into well. After packer setting, the production string can be run for construction. The difference with SHL is that SH-1 packer’s top is sealing bore, but SHL packer’s top is thread.
Features：
- 7 5/8'' size and below rated for differential pressure upto10,000Psi[69.0MPa];
- Two opposed sets of full circle slips allow the load to be distributed evenly around the casing wall and ensure the packer remains where it was set;
- Expand back ring can reduce packing element to extrusion;
- No need to operate tubing string;
- Double-pistons reduce setting pressure;
- Large bore.
